Louis Paul Hebert Sr., 76, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Bayou Black, La., died Thursday, January 15, at 12:25 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Dupre Hebert; sons, Louis Hebert Jr. and wife Louise, and Micheal Hebert Sr.; daughters, Theresa King and husband Kevin, and Judy Pitre; brother, Morris Hebert; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney P. and Eva LeCompte Hebert; brothers, Leonce, Rubin, Edgar, Edward and Avery Hebert; sisters, Hilda Molaison, Alice Lefort and Mildred Hebert; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, January 16, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, January 17, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. The funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. with burial at Rogers Cemetery in Houma.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
