Louis “Dagg” Smith, 71, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Wednesday, April 27, 2011.
Mr. Smith was a member of Eagle Wright Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Carla and Lisa Smith and Dale Marie (Alton) Johnson; sons, Louis Jr., Michael, Carl, Nolan, Leroy and Joey (Lydia) Smith; sister, Zenobia Smith Jones; brothers, Lloyd Sr. (Gloria) and Leroy Jr. Smith; sister-in-law, Irma Williams; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Mae Jones Smith; parents, Lloyd Sr. and Zenobia Hawkins Smith; two sons, Ronnie and Donald Lee Smith; three daughters, Bonnie, Gloria and Donna Marie Smith; and one brother, Clarence Smith.
He is buried at Halfway Cemetery. (Kennedy)
