Loveless Peter Autin, 82, a native of Grosse Tete, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 11:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, 2016.


Mr. Autin was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Marines. He worked in law enforcement for 33 years, and was a member of the Lions Club.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Duplantis Autin; son, Frank (Terry) Autin; 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two stepchildren; three step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and brother, Lawrence (Vernel) Autin.

Burial is at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.
