Lowell Earl Potter Sr., 57, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, July 24.
He is survived by two sons, Jonah Potter and Lowell Potter Jr.; two brothers, Virgil David Potter Jr., and Rickey John Potter; two sisters, Shirley Beauchaine and Leslie Smith; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Potter Sr., and Grace Blanchard; and stepmother, Peggy Potter.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, July 28, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma followed by a memorial service.
Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
