Lucille “Mary Lou” Marie Gonzales, 73, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2011.
Miss Gonzales was a devoted retired teacher, who loved the many children she taught. She graduated from Nicholls State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She was a loving sister and friend and will be missed by many.
She is survived by many loving family and friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gus and Lucille Mire Gonzales; and one sister, Joan Ann Gonzales.
