Lydia Trosclair Allemand, 89, a native and resident of Larose, La., died at 10:47 a.m. Monday, Nov. 15, 2010.
Ms. Allemand was Catholic.
She is survived by her son, Autry (Betty) Allemand; daughter, Rosemary (Lawrence) Charpentier; brothers, Fleming Sr., Abel, Mervin, Lloyd and John Trosclair; sisters, Shirley Bonvillion, Lois Smith and Joyce Hebert; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Allemand; her parents, Philbert Jr. and Ida Fonseca Trosclair; one grandchild, Julie Bernard; three brothers, Freddy, Irvin and Philbert Trosclair III; and two sisters, Pearl Bourgeois and Emily Cheramie.
She is buried at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery.
