Mable Carlos LeBoeuf, 94, a native of Houma and resident of Chauvin, La. died Friday, July 13, 2007 at 3:49am.

She is survived by her two sons, Larry LeBoeuf and his wife Faith and Riley LeBoeuf and his wife Yvonne; ten grandchildren, Damian, Mark, Randy, and Riley LeBoeuf, Vickie Bourg, Leslie Hebert, Stephanie Thibodaux, Kimberly Voisin, Shawn Landwehr, and Mary Robichaux; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Usey LeBoeuf; her parents, John and Ella Luke Carlos; one great grandchild, Bridget LeBoeuf; three brothers, Bartholomew, Henry, and Howard Carlos; and two sisters, Bertine Trosclair and Mildred Lapeyrouse.

Mable was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. She was a part member of the Ladies’ Alter Society. She loved gardening, visiting family and friends. She was an excellent cook and loved to pray with special devotion to the Blessed Mother.

Visitation is Saturday, July 14, 2007 from 11:00am until 1:00pm, with the funeral to follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. She will be buried in the church Mausoleum.
