Documenting wells leads to cleanup

September 29, 2011Mae Truxillo Clark, 75, a native of Mathews, La., and resident of Luling, La., died at 1:52 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2011.
Mrs. Clark was a member of the art guild and the St. Charles Parish Choir. She was also an active member and elder of First Union Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Robin (Todd) Rice and Rachel (Keith) Allen; brother, Joe Truxillo; sisters, Vickie Mansfield and Francis Martin; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Clark; parents, Sidney Truxillo Sr. and Lucia Clark; brothers, Sidney Jr. and Edwin Truxillo; sister, Rita Ladd; and one grandchild. (Falgout)
