Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments

Magnus Joseph “Joey” Fields III, 64, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Ann Desormeaux Fields; mother, Alice Rogers Fields; in-laws, Joanna and Eddie Neil, and Chris and John Eschete; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Magnus Joseph Fields Jr.; maternal grandparents, Claude Sr. and Annette Allemand Rogers; and paternal grandparents, Magnus Sr. and Effie Ward Fields.
He is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
