Margaret Mary Fabregas Canafax, a resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, March 25, at 6:17 a.m.
She is survived by her son, Frank C. Canafax Jr. of Baton Rouge, La.; daughters, Linda Canafax, Mrs. Luis (Margaret) Vargas and Karen Borne of Houma; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Canafax Sr.; parents, Martin and Annie Laura Fabregas; brothers, Ernest, Frank, Martin and Sidney Fabregas; and sisters, Mrs. Lenore LaCoste and Mrs. Annie Laura Dishman.
She was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Mass was Friday, March 27, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with interment at Terrebonne Memorial Park.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
