April 8, 2010Marie Pitre Andras, 96, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, March 28, 2010.
Mrs. Andras was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a member of Court No. 993 of the Catholic Daughters of America for over 50 years and a member of Carmelite Third Order.
She is survived by sons, Gerald and Ray Andras; brother, Leander Pitre Sr.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is buried at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
