Marie “Yonnie” Hazel Billiot Lovell, 76, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Dulac, La., died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013.
Mrs. Lovell was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Lovell, Carrie (Ryan) Giroir, Terrilyn (Bram) Jansen and Jarilyn Verdin; brothers, Nolan (Mary), Leffery and Robert (Gwen) Billiot; sisters, Rose (Mike) Linton and Martha, Lucretia and Cecile Billiot; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Antoine Lovell; parents, Nolan and Marie Billiot; brother, Leroy Billiot; and sisters, Rita and Sarah Billiot.
Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Chauvin)
