Marie Isabelle Ledet Barbier, 91, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, June 17.
She is survived by her sons, Lynn Barbier and Joseph Barbier; daughters, Sylvia Sandman and Marlene LeRay; brother, Brother Albert Ledet S.C.; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard A. Barbier; her parents, Albert Ledet and Julia Toups Ledet; brother, Brother Quentin Ledet S.C.; and sisters, Sister Alberta Ledet O’Carm and Annalie Ledet Clark.
She was buried at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
