Marietta “Retta” Hargis Adams, 81, a native of Lockport and a resident of Raceland, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Raceland, LA.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Vincent Adams; daughter, Michelle Adams Gauthreaux (Scott); grandchildren, Gabrielle Gauthreaux, Emily Gauthreaux and sister Elizabeth Betty Love Hargis Folse.
