Marion Daniels McBride, 53, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA., died at 6:52 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2007.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at St. Peter Baptist Church in Thibodaux. Religious service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.


She is survived by her husband, Joseph McBride of Thibodaux; her father, Albert Daniels Sr. of Thibodaux; two sons, Brad Daniels and wife, Lynn of Napoleonville, LA. and Brian Daniels and wife, Crystal of Thibodaux; four daughters, Tina Daniels Rogers and husband, Roosevelt Jr., Tiffany Daniels, Tabitha Daniels and husband, Quinn and Tatum McBride all of Thibodaux; five brothers, Albert Daniels Jr,. Rev. Herman Daniels and wife, Beverly, Ronald Daniels and wife, Terry of Thibodaux, Alvin Daniels of Hazlehurst, Mississippi and Donald Daniels Sr. and wife, Arlene of Donaldsonville, LA.; four sisters, Rose Mary Boyd, Lillie Mae Woods and husband, Claude, Linda Coleman and husband, Clarence and Annie Belle Coler of Thibodaux; one half-sister, Helen Austin of Houston, TX.; she is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Arsene Daniels and her grandparents, George and Ellen C. Arsene and Ella Giles Green.

She was a member of St. Peter Baptist Church. Her hobbies included reading, fishing, and collecting teddy bears.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
