Marshall Paul Trahan Jr., 99, a native of Bayou Black, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 23.
He is survived by one son, Davis Trahan; one daughter, Martha Haydel; two brothers, Guideon Trahan and Russell Trahan; five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Louviere Trahan, his parents, Marshall Trahan Sr. and Della Bergeron Trahan; and one sister, Suezel “Sue” Guidry.
He was a parishioner at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26, at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with mass to follow. He will be buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
