Terrebonne’s derelict vessel removal first phase complete

Mary Magdalene Metrejean, 67, a native of Greenville, Miss., and a resident of the Morgan City, La., died Sunday, June 19, 2011.
Mrs. Metrejean loved her family, Elvis Presley, old country music and her grandchildren. She was a giving person and a born again Christian. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten by her family and many friends.
She is survived by sons, Ricky (Lauren) Oswalt, Rand Jr. and Dale Metrejean; daughters Holly (Todd) Green, April Percle and Deadra Metrejean; brothers, Raymond, James and Carlton Oswalt; sister, Ora Johnson; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ules and Clarabell Oswalt.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, June 24, at Hargrave Funeral Home with the funeral service at 7:30 p.m. (Hargrave)
