May 3, 2010Mary Margaret Marcel, 62, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Bayou Black, La., died at 2:13 a.m. Sunday, April 18, 2010.
Mrs. Marcel was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Her hobbies included sewing and cross-stitching.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Marcel; mother, Rita Bergeron; son, Corey (Melissa) Marcel; daughters, Kate (Gerard) Giroir and Kandy (Mickey) Adams; six grandchildren; brothers, George Jr. (Patricia) and Keith (Martha) Bergeron; sisters, Jeannie (Allen) LeCompte, Susan (Sterling) Martin, Angela (Earl) Bergeron and Lisa (Sterling) Savoie; brother-in-law, Harry (Willie) Marcel; sister-in-law, Judy (Floyd) Scott; and a host of relatives.
She is buried at St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery in Bayou Black.
