Mary Frances Stevison, 75, a native of Augusta, Ga., and resident of South Lafourche, La., died at 9:20 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, 2010.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby (Steve) Stevison, daughters, Barbara (Michael) Martinez, Glenda (Frank) Tauzin and Theresa (Rev. Steve) McKnight; 10 grandchildren, T-Mike, Valerie, Rebecca, Zecharai “Zac”, Lilah, Ashley, Isaac, Bobby, Hannah and Pamela; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Freddie (Brenda) and Johnny Amerson; sisters, Cathryn (Bob) Turnbull and Shirley (Rick) Reichel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mamie Alewine Amerson; brothers, J.W. and Talmadge; and sisters, Elizabeth Copeland, Betty Jones and Climmie Porter.
She is buried at Whitehouse Cemetery in Wayne County, Miss.
