Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments

Melba Sereal, 70, a resident of Jeanerette, La., died at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Arthur Sereal Sr.; sons, Ernest Sr. (Doretha), Paul Jr. (Patricia) and Russell (Kebbie) Sereal; daughters, Brenda (Edward Sr.) Delone, Samantha Tolds, Zelda (Gerald Jr.) Condoll and Renee (Kharuma) Youngblood; sisters-in-law, Alice Carr, Margarite and Lillie Mae Sereal, and Lillie Mae Hamilton-Sereal; godchildren, Somer Lewis and David Bernard Jr.; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
She is buried at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
