Melvin Luke Forsythe

Melvin Luke Forsythe, 72, a native of St. Bernard Parish, La., and resident of Montegut, La., died at 8:40 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2011.

He is survived by his brothers, Blaze (Patsy), Edward (Vivian), Ernest, Ivy (Patricia), Eric (Catherine) and Lloyd Forsythe; and sisters, Agnes (Bill) Combs, Virginia (Phillip Sr.) Rousell, Doris Verdin, Lois (Jeff Sr.) Manzella, Jeanette Asevado and Annette Appeal.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eric and Elizabath Forsythe; brother, Robert Forsythe Sr.; and sisters, Gayle Forsythe and Barbara Asevado.
