Local lawmakers’ pre-filings a mixed bag
March 25, 2010Melvin “Pappy” Trosclair, 64, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 8:55 a.m. Friday, March 12, 2010.
He is survived by his sons, Jason and Josh Trosclair and Brook Benoit; daughter, Jodi Inguagiato; brothers, Jerry and O’Neal Trosclair Jr.; and sister, Vicky GeahBaur; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, O’Neal Sr. and Adeline Ordoyne Trosclair; brothers, Roy and Bryan Trosclair; and sister, Judy Trosclair.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
