May 1 ballot to include 5 mill tax
April 8, 2010Michael Joseph Fanguy, 56, a native of Chauvin, La., and a resident of Mt. Hermon, La., died at 2:20 a.m. Thursday, April 1, 2010, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.
Mr. Fanguy was a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council 5013. An avid hunter and fisherman, he enjoyed the outdoors and was a former crew boat captain for Delta Towing.
He is survived by his wife, Joni Luke Fanguy; daughters, Jessica (Joseph) Frisella IV and Jodi (Scott) Lirette; sons, Joshua and Justin (Shuntale) Fanguy; sisters, Judith (Randall) Crochet and Janell (Dan) Brierley; and four grandchildren.
He is buried at Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
