Michael Joseph Allemand, 53, a native and resident of Mathews, La., died Monday, April 21.


He is survived by his wife, Tessie Allemand; mother, Marie Allemand; son, Shane Allemand; daughters, Kristy Babin and Alicia Allemand; brother, Kenneth Allemand; sisters, Judy Bonvillain and Dorothy LeBoeuf; and one grandchild.


He was preceded in death by his father, Ruel Allemand.

He belonged to the Wanderers and Weekend Crusiers.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday, April 24, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport, La. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 24, at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. He will be buried at Holy Savior Cemetery.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
