Mildred Landry

Mildred O. Landry, 88, a native of Vacherie, La. and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday April 19, 2007.

There will be no visitation or services.

She is survived by two daughters, Jackie Rodrigue and husband, Ronald, and Barbara Landry; one daughter-in-law, Betty Landry; two sons, Douglas Landry and wife, Marion, and Michael Landry and wife, Jana; 24 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and one step-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Landry; one son, Larry Landry; her parents, Therence and Clotilde R. Oubre; four brothers, Calvin, Ernest, Clamce and Lawrence Oubre; and three sisters, Celie Chenier, Gladys Becnel and Delores Ockmond.

Her body was donated to science.
