Mildred “Granny” O. Richeaux, 83, a native and resident of Larose, La., died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010.
She is survived by her husband, John “Kick”‘ Richeaux Sr.; sons, John Jr. (Susan), Kenneth (Mary), Randy (Jenny) and Robert Richeaux; daughter, Nancy (James Riddle) Richeaux; sisters, Sherry Mouton and Anna Lou Linder; 18 grandchildren, Jennie, Jared, Mathew, Aaron, Lindsey, Katie, Whitney, Jay, Michelle, Megan, Randi, Austin, Jude, Drew, Teisha, Devin, Emily and Jackson; and four great-grandchildren, Morgan, Lexi, Marley and Vaughn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alphonse and Jeanne Loupe Orgeron; three brothers, Anthony, Norris and Joseph Orgeron; and three sisters, Teresa Chiasson, Ella Mae Spears and Thelma Orgeron.
She is buried at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery.
