Landry and Boustany agree on region’s needs
November 14, 2011Mildred Vicknair Ford, 87, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 2:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Michael, David (Susan) and Robert (Shirley) Ford; sisters, Hazel Chiasson and Rose Guidry; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ford; parents, Zumae and Walter Vicknair; son, Glenn Ford; brothers, Wilton and Lester Vicknair; sisters, Ana Naquin, Vivian Chiasson and Lillian Chiasson; and two granddaughters, Stephanie and Robyn Ford.
Visitation will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Thibodaux Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray, La. (Thibodaux)
