Minister Byron Lynn Williams, 43, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009.

He is survived by his wife, Denise “Dee” Williams; parents, Charles “Jackie” and Wilma Williams; brothers, James Sr. (Marilyn), Charles Jr. (Deborah), Ronald, Gregory (Garcia) and Ra’she (Cassandra) Williams; and sister, Juanika (Wilfred) Allridge.


He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ora Verrett McGee and Charles Williams and Sylvester and Rosadell Warren

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Community Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Rock of Ages Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church with burial at Deweyville Cemetery
