Morgan John Chaisson, 43, a native and resident of Grand Bois, La., died Thursday, April 26, 2007.
Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday and from 8 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Earline and Michael Chaisson Sr. of Grand Bois; brothers, Michael Chaisson Jr. of Montegut, La., Randy Chaisson of Grand Bois, and Simon Chaisson and fiance, Evelyn Fazzio of Denham Springs, La.; and sister, Rachel Chaisson White and husband, Daniel White Jr. of Montegut.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jackson and Odit Billiot and Alex and Eugina Chaisson.
He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Grand Bois.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
