Morris Cortez Jr., 40, a native of Choctaw, La., and resident of Kraemer, La., died Monday, July 16, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, Candy Hebert Cortez; his parents, Morris Cortez Sr. and Alsida Hebert Cortez; one son, Hunter Cortez; one daughter, Hailey Cortez; one brother, Faron Cortez; and one sister, Lisa Cortez Naquin.
Morris is buried at St. James Chapel cemetery in Choctaw.
