Mr. Heath Adam Perkins, 30, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009.


He is survived by his wife, Emma LeBoeuf; father, George Perkins; mother, Carole Boudreaux Fanguy; daughter, Ella Perkins; brothers, Todd, Troy, Wade and Thad Perkins; step-brothers, Richard Fanguy and James, Hank and Eric Thompson; and step-father, Richard Fanguy Sr.


He was Catholic and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin, La.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 and 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Chauvin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
