Mr. Peter Joseph Brunet, 66, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009 at 11 a.m.
He is survived by his daughters, Pauline (Carroll Jr.) White and Millisa (Jody) Lirette; son, Peter Brunet; sister, Evelyn (Kenneth) Pitre; brothers, James (Patrice) and Mike (Ann) Brunet; and four grandchildren.
He was a welder and warehouse manager for over 30 years with Quality Shipyard. He was a member of the United Houma Nations. He was Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church with burial at the church cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
