Mrs. Lucy Charles, 62, a resident of Franklin, La., died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Roy Charles; mother, Eunice Champ Madison; son, Kirby Madison Sr.; daughter, Wanda Green; brothers, Grant, Willie, Jerry and Glenn Madison; sisters, Laura Starks, Barbara Turner, Dorothy Marks, Dianne Shaw, Eunice Fontenot and Sherry Boutte; children she reared, Leondra Green and Epiphani Kennedy; and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son and her father
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Triumph Baptist Church in Franklin with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Perpetual Park Cemetery in Franklin.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
