Myrtle Pinkston Boutte, 67, a native of Centerville, La., and resident of Patterson, La., died at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012.
She is survived by her sons, Micheal Jr., Martin, Marvin (Tanya) and Mark (Jessica) Boutte; daughter, Melissa (Fern) Sanchez; brother, Roosevelt Cox; sisters, Ida Brown, Catherine (Larry Jr.) Paul and Etta Bourgeois; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Everette Pinkson and Maggie Verdun; brother, Peter Ruffin; and sister, Ella Paul.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Jones)
