April 8, 2010Nathan Anthony Lovell Sr., 58, a native of Morgan City, La., and resident of Bayou L’ourse, La., died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2010, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Lovell enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He also loved good food, earning a reputation for traveling miles to eat a good meal.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Broussard Lovell; sons, Nathan Jr, and Nicholas Lovell; daughters, Teffanie Forristal and Carrie Lovell; mother, Verna Girior Lovell; brother, Tippy Lovell Sr.; sisters; Carolyn Walker and Bonnie Vining; and 10 gandchildren.
He is buried at Morgan City Cemetery.
