Nikalas Paul Aucoin Duval, 18, a native of Morgan City, La., and resident of Bayou Vista, La., died Monday, Aug. 2, 2010.

Mr. Duval enjoyed fishing, hunting, swimming and partying with his friends. He will be sadly missed & always loved. He loved life to the fullest, loved all that was true to him and was the heart of so many people. He loved his family unconditionally and always wanted to be the strength of the family. His real passion was to hug and kiss those he loved and he was never too proud to say, “I LOVE YOU, MAN!” He loved being loved and respected and he respected those that deserved it. He adored his momma and daddy and Uncle Wine came first.

He is survived by his mother, Melissa Aucoin; father Paul Duval; brother, Kenneth Comeaux; maternal grandparents, Linda and Spencer Aucoin; paternal grandparents, Jeannie and Murray Duval; maternal great-grandpaw, Clay Aucoin; girlfriend, Dee, and her children; and numerous family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his two great-grandmothers, Mildred Laverne and Mary Mae Aucoin.

He is buried at Morgan City Cemetery.
