April 8, 2010Noel Smith Thompson, 78, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Schriever, La., died Friday, March 26, 2010.
Mrs. Thompson was a member of First Baptist Church in Schriever. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her companion, David Cambell; son, Algiers Bergeron Jr. of Schriever; daughters, Elaine (Nelson) Matthews and Gail Collins; brother, Benjamin Frank Smith of Houma; sisters, Ora Smith and Edna Ghoston; eight grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She is buried at First Baptist Church Cemetery.
