Nolan P. Rogers, 90, a native of Larose, La., and resident of Gibson, La., died at 7:15 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011.
He is survived by his daughter, Carol Antill; grandchild, Ryan Matherne; great-grandchild, Stephen Guidry; and sisters, Rose Cheramie, Mabel Loslin, Geraldine Mayeur and Ruth Eymard.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Viella Rogers; parents, Edgar and Olivia Rogers; grandson, Marc Pitre; brother, Early Rogers; and sisters, Shirley Plaisance and Carrie Cheramie.
Burial was at St. Joseph Cemetery in Galliano, La. (Falgout)
