Houma riding instructor back in the saddle again

May 25, 2011Norman Joseph LeFort, 86, a native of Cut Off, La., and resident of Jackson, La., died at 5:28 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011.
He is survived by his daughter, Jean LeFort; brother, E.J. LeFort; three sisters, Rita Brunet, Audrey LeFort and Emma Charpentier; four grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Gerogina Ledet LeFort; one brother, Earlis LeFort; and one sister, Utieve Brunet.
