Olga D. Foret, 83, a native and resident of Raceland, La. died Friday, June 29, 2007 at 5:25am.
She is survived by her husband, Paul O. Foret; one son, Kenneth Foret and his wife Elaine; one daughter, Sanady Ordoyne and her husband Michael; four grandchildren, Matthew and Courtney Foret, and Eric and Michelle Ordoyne; four great grandchildren; Kennedi, Madeline, Grant, and Kade Foret.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Etienne Simon and Edna Marie Theriot Degruise and her daughter, Karen Foret.
Olga was a devout Catholic and a parishioner at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church. She was a devoted wife to her husband for 62 years. She loved to cook, care for her family, and spoiling her husband.
Visitation is Monday, July 2, 2007 from 9:00am until 11:00am, with the funeral to follow at St. Mary’s Nativity Church in Raceland. She will buried at St. Mary’s Nativity Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of South Lafourche and St. Mary’s Nativity Church.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
