Jail woes continue in Lafourche Parish with tax on hold – for now

May 16, 2011Patricia Waguespack, 90, a native of Houston, Texas, and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, May 10, 2011.
Mrs. Waguespack was a teacher at St. Francis De Sales Elementary School. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth (Robert) Simon and Claire Waguespack; seven grandchildren, Daniel and Molly Fenton, Katherine and Emily Simon, and Kelly, Jessica and Michael Waguespack; two great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Therin Fenton.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Mark Etienne Waguespack Sr.; parents, Harry and Winnie Toffier Grant; and son, Mark Etienne Waguespack Jr.
She is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
