Patsy Guidry Cheramie, 63, a native of Galliano, La., and a resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Tuesday, April 28, at 2:16 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Cheramie; daughters, Penny Cheramie, Kendolyn Besson and Shellie Besson; brothers, Jefferson, Jackson Jr. and Tommy Guidry; sister, Betty G. Martin; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jackson Guidry Sr. and Enolia F. Guidry; son, Kenneth Cheramie Jr.; daughter, Wendy Camardelle; and brothers, Autry Gene Guidry and Terry Guidry.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow.
Visitation is 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, May 1, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano is in charge of the arrangements.
