Paul “Raymond” Lovell, 52, a native of Grand Caillou, La. and resident of Theriot, La. died Saturday, June 9, 2007 at 3:00am.
He is survived by his father, Julius Lovell; two sons, Chancey Lovell and his Companion Tanya and Brien Lovell; two daughters, Summer Verdin and her husband Chad and Shonda Russo and her husband John; three sisters, Francis Dardar, Audrey Billiot, and Earline Lovell; four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Azalena Verrett Lovell and his brother, John Russell Lovell.
Paul was a devout Christian and an active member of the Dularg House of Praise.
He was a self-employed fisherman.
Visitation is Tuesday, June 12, 2007 from 8:00am until funeral time at Chauvin Funeral Home Chapel in Houma. He will be buried at St. Eloi Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
