Pauline Arden Carter, 87, a native of Pauls Valley, Okla., and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011.
Ms. Carter was a retired beautician and nurse and very loving and generous Christian.
She is survived by her nephew, Charles Arden; nieces, Teresa Thompson and Shannon Freeman; and godmother, Adeline Pellegrin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Arden and Beulah Russell Arden; and brother, Hoyet Arden.
Burial was at Rogers Cemetery in Houma. (Samart)
