Pearl Cheramie Poché, 89, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and a resident of Paradis, La., died at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2010.
Mrs. Poché was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Keith (Duenna) Poché; daughters, Dianne (Richard) Gaubert, Sherril Phillips and Lisa Tobin; brother, Thomas Cheramie; sisters, Melza Mayet and Beatrice Boyer; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonce P. Poché Jr.; parents, Bruger and Eulicia Callais Cheramie Sr.; brothers, Bruger Jr.; Telemague, Hubert, Rudolph and Morris Cheramie; and sisters, Esperance Martin, Yvonne Rebstock and Marion Gregorie.
She is buried at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling, La.
