Peter Carl Welch, Jr., 68, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, July 11.
He is survived by his sons, Peter and Brian Delandro; daughters, Patrice and Dionne Delandro; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter Carl Welch, Sr. and Verna Maryland Welch; and grandparents, Eddie Maryland and Harriet Johnson Maryland.
He was Baptist and a U.S. Army veteran.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, at Community Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow. He will be buried at Southdown Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
