Philip Joseph Hebert, 54, a resident of Gray, La., died Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at 1:51 p.m.
He is survived by his father, Clarence Hebert; one son, Jacob Hebert; two brothers, Kenneth and David Hebert; and two grandchildren, Kennedy and Eli Hebert.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Lee Breaux Hebert; and grandparents, Paul and Nellie Gaudet Hebert and Leounce and Alice Porche Breaux.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2008, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La., with religious services to follow. Burial will be by cremation.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
