Phyllis “Filo” C. Lee, 55, a resident of Cut Off, La., died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015.
Ms. Lee is survived by her mother, Paula (Jeff) Focardi; uncle and godfather, Rudy (Nancy) Plaisance; uncle Louis (Donna) Plaisance; godmother, Geraldnine “Gerry” (Ray) Dugas; and canine companion, Daisy.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Larose, La.
