Phyllis W. Miller, 76, a native of Assumption Parish and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Sunday, August 12, 2007.


She is survived by four sons, Eddie “Jeff”, Thomas “Tom”, Phillip and Michael Miller; three daughters, Alison Johnston, Jan Hodge and Sue Ellen Miller; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip L. Walther and Dora Bergeron Walther; two sons, Phillip Alvin Miller and John David Miller; one brother, Stephen Walther; and one sister, Carolyn Boudreaux.

Landry Funeral Home of Thibodaux is in charge of the arrangements.
