Phyllis “Phylco” Smith, 62, a native and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014.
She is survived by her sons, Alex and Vendell Smith; daughters, Deidra (Tyrone) Dorsey, Catina (Tyrone) Rainey and Keyone and Jessica Smith; brother, Eugene Key; sisters, Daisy and Margaret Key, Jerri (Michael) Hooks, Helen (Alan) Bennett and Denice Stephens; and 17 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Smith; parents, Legistine and Alma Key; brother, Legistine Key Jr.; and stepmother, Lucille Key.
Burial is at St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery in Napoleonville. (Williams & Southall)
